[Application Instruction]

On the colloidal gold test paper platform, it is recommended to treat FluB antibody (HDS-A5042) with a concentration of about 1mg/ml for peridium. After the labeled FluB antibody (HDS-A5041) with colloidal gold is concentrated 35 times, it is generally diluted 6-7 times on the labelling pad of colloidal gold.

[Specificity and Cross Reaction]

Influenza AB two joint tests showed no cross reaction after the positive reference materials test.

No cross reaction was found in cross experiments between influenza AB kit and 30 bacterial and viral cultures respectively.

[Sensitivity and Detectable Virus Strains]

The minimum detectable concentration of influenza A is 1.5 ×104TCID50,

The minimum detectable concentration of influenza B is 1.5 ×105TCID50

The influenza A paired antibody can detect at least 31 influenza A viruses, including H1N1, H2N2, H3N2, H5N2, H9N2, H7N8, H10N4, H5N3, H7N3 and other subtypes.

Influenza B kit can detect all 9 strains of influenza B virus.

Influenza AB kit can pass the test of the national reference material serum plate of Institute for Biological Products of National Institutes for Foold and Drug Control.

Compared with similar products, FLUA and FLUB products have the same or better performance.
